Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your fitness equipment, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all packaging intact. Please make sure the product is not damaged or altered.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. After receiving your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for another one, please follow the return instructions and then request an exchange. We'll be happy to help you find a better fit.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Therefore, you can cancel your order according to the following guidelines:

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours: Full refund.
• Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours: Partial refund of 70% of the item price, and the full shipping cost will be refunded.
• Orders cancelled after 72 hours: Partial refund of 50% of the item price, and the full shipping cost will be refunded.
• Once the item has been shipped: We are unable to cancel the order.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that your item has been received. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the refund will appear within a few business days.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to you without a refund.
